I am a mother of 3, grandmother of 8, great grandmother of 4 and two on the way! I am a widow and work 27 miles from my place of work at Lowe's Market and where I attend church at First Baptist Church George West, Texas. I am involved in choir and jail ministry. I've been to Germany 3 times, two of which were mission trips through the church. I am also involved in Kairos Outside which is an outside prison ministry.
I reside in the country in Anna Rose, Texas. I am the 6th of 7 children. I love the outdoors and enjoy all that God has created. I love to take pictures of the sky which is different every day!
Some of my poems come at different times of the day or night and some from when I read scripture. I was never good at English in school, so poems are a blessing from God. Some are experiences I've had, like the one where He brought me through the electrical storm the night I was driving home from work. God is good and calms my fears. I trust Him with my life.
