Solentro and their staff went above and beyond to help me. I had made an error and emailed them, and they called me in the US - a week before Christmas - and helped me get everything I needed in time!! I highly recommend Solentro for all of your creative productions. They were fantastic to deal with, and their end product arrived on time and was beautiful! My adult children all were in tears when they opened their Christmas gift!! Thank You Solentro!!

This turned out to be a much easier project than I thought it would be. I was preparing a book of my late son's writings, with photos, for our family and friends. It only took a few days to put the various chapters together and edit, and the book turned out beautifully. It also arrived in 12 days, in plenty of time for Christmas. The only thing I might suggest is warning that with the larger format, the pages wouldn't be exactly as they were on the edit pages. I got to review the final copy, but I missed a few things, like contractions that were broken over the line break. My fault--I should have looked more carefully.

The international shipper that Solentro uses lost the books I ordered during the Christmas rush - which wasn't Solentro's fault. Once I notified them, they quickly re-printed the order and I just received the new order without any problems. Solentro stood 100% behind their service. And the book and binding quality is really good, as well. I would recommend them for your custom book printing needs.

You made my families Christmas perfect!! Your website was easy to use. I was so worried that the gift would be late because of shipping but it arrived early. I am so thankful for you. Solentro is one of the best companies I've ever interacted with. I used their service to make a book (60 pages or so, paperback). I printed three versions of it and sent it out as gifts. Their website was easy to use (which is no small feat given the complicated nature of designing a book like this). The interface was intuitive and fast. All of my options for finalizing the book were clearly laid out. I had a few questions that I emailed to them, and their customer service was also excellent; they responded in a couple hours and addressed my questions in detail. The price of the books were reasonable and they gave an incredible discount for additional printings. Shipping was fast even before Christmas and everything arrived on time. The finished product was superb; the book was great quality, looked exactly how I designed it, and the photos on the back and front covers were as intended. Solentro is truly a great organization that is doing everything right and our world would be a less frustrating place if all companies were as good as this one.

I was looking for a company that could publish a book for limited family members, filled with plenty of text but also photographs. Reviews for Solentro looked good and so I went to their website to check out their templates and the freedom I might have to make my own. Although I did not master making my own templates in this first book, I was able to adapt my work to theirs. The site was so easy to access and use, and the only other thing I never could quite figure out was how to enlarge my proof copies so that I could more easily read them, The finished project was somewhat pricey alone, but if bought in multiples, the price fell to half per unit. The finished project was returned to me in an amazingly timely manner and looks sensational. Very professional company. I also ordered the on-line version of my project and was equally happy with that. I highly recommend this company for those wanting to create only a small number of books for family, friends, or business. I will absolutely give them my business again!
