Sunshine Elegy is a poem book for the friends that shaped the author's grade school years. Despite its intimate nature, the poetry is accessible to all who like to read. The book is split into different sections, designated by the introduction to the section in a prose style similar to Jane Austen (Maslowski's favorite author). The sections are as follows: 1-7: Opening 8-14: Sunlight 15-29: Evening 30-38: Nightmare 39-46: Midnight Blue 47-59: Bastion of the Early Morning 60-75: Dawn 76-80: Final/Sunlight Redux
