Our services apply under the Swedish privacy law (PUL). According to this law we need your consent when it comes to any personal data that we collect, process, store, or use in our database. When creating an account to make your own book at Solentro you automatically give your consent. Any information given to us is handled with utter most discretion and is only used to fulfill the contractual agreement between Solentro and the customer, and for future communication and for advertising purposes.

Why do we need this information?

All information given to us is handled confidentially. The information is only used to fulfill the contractual agreement between Solentro and the customer, and for future communication and for advertising purposes.
The information is mainly given to us by the buyer, however, additional information can be drawn from public directories. Some of the information provided to us by the customer may be needed to be passed on to collaborating partners, such as printer and postal services. Obsolete information will be erased.

Customer who wants information about Solentro’s gathered information can in writing, signed in one owns hand (to: Solentro AB, Anckargripsgatan 3, SE-211 19 Malmö), receive this and have any possible falsely information corrected.
